Overview

As a UX Designer, I got to work on such unique, data-heavy platforms in the Telehealth space. I was responsible for leading various big and small design projects, from conceptualization to an easy handoff to the developers. Initiated and designed a design system, which became a huge success as it saved a lot of time for developers and designers.

I also collaborated with various departments to talk 1:1 to understand their problems in the entire process, found many gaps internally, and worked towards improving their internal workflow, which is directly impacting business.

Projects

I worked on different small and big level projects. Some of the main projects include:

1. Design System
2.Clinician Platform
3. Patient Scheduling Portal

Designing the 'Design System'

As our product expanded, inconsistencies across components, typography, and interaction patterns began slowing teams down. I initiated and led the development of a structured design system — transforming scattered UI decisions into a cohesive, reusable system adopted by both designers and engineers.

Clinician Platform

As telehealth scaled, clinicians needed more than a dashboard — they needed a structured system to manage risk, follow-ups, and compliance in asynchronous care. I designed and launched a 0→1 clinician workflow platform that transformed fragmented processes into a scalable, state-driven operational engine.

Patient Scheduling portal

This project was launched for our clients who are currently utilizing this portal so that patients can schedule time with their clinicians. This is customized for every client with their logo and brand colors.
